  7. About GetSDat v38.126 :
  8.  
  9. GetSDat is a program, that uses exported ascii files from Sbase4 Professional,
  10. to make access to data faster. Often, when one uses Sbase4, it takes a while,
  11. to start the program, open a file, open an index, and search for a record.
  12. GetSDat, is a simple solution to this tedious affair. It starts with a
  13. default file opened. Thus making it a pretty fast way to find data. There
  14. are also options to switch databases when needed.

  16. Requirements :
  17.  * AmigaDOS 3.x 
  18.  * reqtools.library 38.xx
  19.  * Harddisk
  20.  
  21. Some of the changes from the previous version are :
  22.  
  23. * Bug Fix : Changed recognition pattern in filerequesters from '*' to '#?'
  24.   the asterisk did not allways work. I wonder why I used it in the first
  25.   place.
  26. * New Feature : Indexed fields will now be written in a different color than
  27.   non-indexed fields.
  28. * New Feature : The program is now font sensitive.
  29. * New Feature : Icon start. I have made a tiny startup script and added an
  30.   icon. Click the icon to start GetSDat.
  31. * Bug fix : National characters is now correctly supported as 'gadget hotkeys'.
  32.   Thanks to the locale.library.
